We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

Shipping

Orders are typically sent out within 5-7 business days. During holidays or special sales events (Mid Year Sale, Black Friday Sale, etc.), that timeframe will be substantially longer. We will announce it if that is the case.

We ship via postal system to all locations from our warehouse in united states or united kingdom. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

For RETURNED Orders, if the mistake was on our end, we will happily re-ship out your order. If the mistake was on the customer’s/customs end, or If a customer wants any kind of refund on a shipped item, you will receive a refund on the item(s) itself, but NOT the shipping costs.

If a customer chooses Standard Shipping, it will not be possible to track the package was dispatched once. Therefore, we are not responsible for lost packages. If you have any concerns, please select Tracked Shipping.

Once your order has shipped with tracking, you will receive a shipping notification from our shipping software that will allow you to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to appear in the postal system. Please ensure you list your email correctly in your order to guarantee receipt of tracking number.

Please note that we will ship to the address entered at checkout. If the address is incorrect, or the package is otherwise returned to us, you will be contacted via email and will have 72 hours to respond. You will be invoiced for shipping fees to have the order reshipped to a corrected address or you will be refunded the original purchase price minus the original shipping fees.


Refund policy

Cancelling/Editing Orders

If you need to make changes to your order, or need to cancel your order, please contact cultcinemacult.info@gmail.com. If we can accommodate the changes it within 24 hours after the order placed.

All orders are immediately processed through our secure merchant processor as they are placed, incurring irreversible fees. Therefore, if an order needs to be cancelled and it has not yet shipped, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund before it is issued.

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the order or cancel it.

If you process a PayPal claim in defiance of this policy, you will be permanently banned from placing orders on our website. We apologize for the firmness of this policy, but must ensure that we curb the amount of money we lose from Paypal’s constantly growing fines/fees.


Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.
We can only accept exchanges for items that are defective or arrive damaged. Please contact cultcinemacult.info@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt with order information and pictures showing any damage. We may ask that the damaged item be returned or disposed of. This exchange policy is valid for 7 days from receipt of goods.
